Privacy and protection of personal data.
For the purpose of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data, (hereinafter, LOPD) MARTU 2016, SL, informs you of the existence of personal data files, created by and under the responsibility of Martu 2016, S.L., that contain the data obtained on the website.
The purpose of the files is to manage the contractual relationship through the online store (customer registration, management of transactions of goods and/or services, as well as the maintenance of the commercial relationship with the Client); the sending of the Newsletter to those Users who have requested it; carrying out our own or third-party promotional and advertising activities that may be of interest to the User, based on: the study and segmentation of the data collected while the user browses the website; the data provided when completing any of the forms; as well as that arising from the commercial relationship or delivery of the products marketed.
The user must provide the personal data and details necessary in order to register as a Registered User of the website and for the formalisation of purchase agreements (name and surname, email address, postal address and telephone number). The registration of this data is mandatory. The failure of the user to comply in providing the said data or the provision of false, inaccurate and incorrect data, will make it impossible for MARTU 2016, S.L. to be able to correctly manage any orders made or to be able to respond to any requests.
MARTU 2016, S.L. may request additional personal data for statistical purposes that will allow us to know the user’s profile. The user may omit or not communicate any personal data or detail that is not absolutely necessary in order to register as a client or to formalise the purchase.
If the User accepts (by checking the “Newsletter” box in the registration form), their data may be used by MARTU 2016, S.L. in order to send information about offers and advertising information to the user at the email or personal address provided or by any other means of communication. The User may opt at any time to reject being sent such information by requesting the same, by email, to admin@cankiku.net indicating ‘Leave Newsletter’ or through the configuration option available on their User account or by means of the revocation mechanisms included in the electronic mailings.
Similarly, the User authorises the transfer of their data to third parties for the effective fulfilment of the products and/or services contracted, a third party being understood as “collaborating entities of MARTU 2016, SL, that provide specific services to its clients”, in particular, transport companies, in order to manage the delivery of orders. MARTU 2016, S.L. undertakes not to assign the personal data of the Users to unauthorised third parties without their prior authorisation.
MARTU 2016, SL, the entity that receives the data collected through this page, undertakes to respect and facilitate, to those interested, the exercise of those rights recognised by law and, in particular, the rights of access to data, rectification, cancellation of data and opposition, if applicable. Such rights may be exercised by the User, through a request addressed to MARTU 2016, S.L., with address at Paratge Bujonis, nº60, 17220 SantFeliu de Guíxols, Girona (Spain) or by email to admin@cankiku.net. A photocopy of the DNI [National Identity Document] or document, acceptable by Law, proving the identity of the user must be provided, or in the case of the power of attorney or representation, a document proving the same, and indicating the address for the purposes of notifications, the date and signature of the applicant and the right to be exercised. Some means must be used to prove the sending and receipt of the request.
MARTU 2016, S.L. declares and guarantees that it maintains security levels for the protection of personal data in accordance with that set out in the current legislation, in particular, that established by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21st December, which approves the Regulation that implements the LOPD, (hereinafter, RD LOPD), and that has set out all the technical means at its disposal in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of data provided by users. This privacy is achieved through the SSL protocol, encrypting the data sent so that no one can appropriate the same, not having the necessary password. The user can ensure that their browser is safe if the padlock symbol appears and that they can also see that the URL differs slightly: it no longer starts with ‘http’, but with ‘https’. All of the aforesaid is without prejudice to the fact that the User expressly knows and accepts that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
By clicking on the SEND button on the data collection forms, the User gives their unequivocal and express consent to the processing of their personal data by MARTU 2016, S.L. according to the purposes and specifications described in this Privacy Policy and whose content is included at the bottom of the same.
